JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for the organisation and the quality of events organised for customers by the Banqueting department.
2. Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs.
3. Liaise with Banquet supervisors daily to ensure desired equipment requirements are ready and available
4. To Participate in drawing up department's annual budgets
5. Adapts a management style and uses interpersonal skills to suit his/her audience and the situation
6. Leads team to maximize productivity, without over stretching Ambassadors current ability to meet the job demand.
7. Control of Banquet china, cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment.. Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service.
