JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To maintain optimum sales volume and strive to achieve sales objectives set forth by the Management for his department.
2. To organize and develop his restaurant service personnel by constant motivation and Training in order to provide satisfying working conditions to optimize guest satisfaction.
3. To ensure that Food & Beverage Sales and Control Procedures are followed as prescribed by the Management.
4. To maintain control over the payroll and staffing and manpower budget
5. To handle guest complaints and readdress guest grievances.
6. Take the comments cards from the guests & Co-ordinate with GRE.
7. Collecting comment card
8. To prepare sales forecasts and profit targets.
9. To keep restaurant & service area clean and hygienic.
10. Co- ordinates with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Chef – de-Partie.
11. Service Bar: for timely supply of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.
12. To keep up to date AMC & maintenance of Restaurant equipments, furniture and fitting, furnishing etc.
13. To keep inventory & stock of the restaurant equipments, cutlery, crockery, linen, stationery.
14. To prepare & maintain report for issue & receive of indents for store.
15. To maintain & prepare reports for daily sales & co-ordinate with accounts.
16. To do meeting during odd- hours & co-ordinate with the marketing team.
