• Maintaining masters
• Ensuring regular Transaction data updating.
• Configuring reports as required and sharing over email.
• Reporting tech issues to Tech Service team for resolution.
• Excel based working on data and reporting.
• Communication with internal and client team members.
• Recording of the issues and resolution.
