JOB DESCRIPTION

a). Continuously updating hotel mailing list of companies and VIP’s for the purpose of mailing our advertising /  promotional material and greeting cards etc. 
b) Maintaining a birthday diary of all important VIP’s and regular hotel guests, important public figures and government officials. (Public figures-commercial and travel accounts).
c) Preparing and mailing birthday cards / congratulations and sympathy cards to important accounts. Coordinate sending cakes, flowers on behalf of The Hotel to important clients and public figures.
