JOB DESCRIPTION

a) Making outbound promotional calls, smses and emails to guests from time to time regarding any offers/occasions etc.
b)Handling inbound GRE calls from guests and assisting them accordingly.
c) Keeping track of the guests who have visitedafter receiving promotional calls/emails from guests comment cards and maintaining GRE Revenue Contol Sheet on monthly basis, reporting the same to PR Manager.
d) To update guests’ database and making calls on birthdays/anniversaries. 
e) To follow up on ‘thank you’ emails/smses against
